The SUMAB TE-60 is a pre-fabricated concrete plant, ideal for construction and/or building materials companies seeking not only high plant productivity but, above all, high-quality concrete.

Three in-line aggregate storage bins, each with a capacity of 20 m³, with automatically opening dampers. The dampers are pneumatically opened.

A 1,500-1,000-liter planetary mixer with skip feed is installed on a platform with four metal supports. An automatic water cleaning system for the mixer after mixing is installed. The aggregate feed conveyor is located beneath the bins. It is 11 meters long and 800 mm wide.
Aggregate feed is dosed using Siemens sensors. Sensor load is 3,000 kg. Aggregate feed rate is at least 120 m³ per hour.

Siemens automatic plant control system. Over 100 concrete recipes are available. Plant operation is controlled from a container office, where a control panel and computer, including a printer, are installed.
Skip system. Aggregates are transferred from storage warehouses to a 1,500-liter skip.

Sicoma 1,500/1,000-liter planetary mixer.
A twin-shaft horizontal mixer can be supplied upon request.

Siemens desktop computer.

Cement collection tank.
A 500 kg cement tank (rock) is located above the mixer.

Water supply system. The concrete plant is equipped with a galvanized water supply system with a flow rate of 350 liters/min.
