Concrete plant stationary SUMAB T-120 (120 m3/h) Sweden

The Sumab T-120 is a prefabricated concrete plant.
The plant's capacity is 120 m³ of concrete per hour.

Four aggregate storage bins, each 20 m³ in size, each 3,500 x 4,000 mm in size. A batching system is also included.
The total aggregate capacity, including additional sides, is over 120 m³.
A conveyor system for aggregate delivery.

A Sicoma MP 4,500/3,000 liter twin-shaft horizontal mixer.
Cement collection bin. A 1,200 kg cement tank is located above the mixer.

A Siemens desktop computer allows for automated control of all concrete mixing processes. It produces 200 concrete formulas.

A summer or winter version of the plant can be supplied upon request.

Cement silo 100-1000 t (including level indicators, filter, ladder, railings, etc.)
Cement feed auger, 270 mm, 11,500 mm long
Winter insulation for the plant (60 mm sandwich panels)
